Shipping policy
At Hematiteforce, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping within the United States. Every order is carefully processed and delivered with care.
1. Do You Ship Internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.
2. Shipping Options and Cost
- Free Standard Shipping: Free tracked shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
- Priority Shipping — Ships Before Standard Orders: $3.90 USD per order. Priority orders are dispatched before standard orders.
Priority Shipping provides priority dispatch; it does not guarantee a shorter carrier transit time or a specific delivery date. Select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
Optional Shipping Protection: $3.90 USD per order, charged separately when selected. Shipping Protection is separate from the shipping method and can be switched off in your cart.
3. Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.)

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or redirect the address.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.
6. Tracking Not Updating
It is normal for tracking information to take a few days to update after shipment.
This usually occurs while the package is in transit to the international sorting center. Please allow a few days for updates.
7. Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 60 days after shipment, please contact us.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
